- Experience: Min 6 months in sales
Job Responsibilities -
Respond to inbound/outbound calls to customers regarding activations, upgrades, and plan details, ensuring clear and accurate information is provided.
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to develop strategies for improving sales techniques, customer retention, and overall service quality.
