The Opportunity

PESI Construction is looking for a driven, self-motivated Sales Executive to join our team as a 1099 independent contractor. This isn't a desk job — it's a chance to build your own book of business, work on your own schedule, and get paid what you're actually worth.

Your job is simple: bring us qualified leads that turn into signed contracts. That's it. We handle the production, the crews, the permits, and the execution — you focus on relationships and closing.

What You'll Be Doing

• Generate and qualify leads (homeowners, property managers, insurance referrals, GC relationships, storm/damage leads, etc.)
• Build relationships with insurance adjusters, restoration companies, and property managers
• Present PESI's services and close signed contracts
• Follow up on inbound leads generated through our marketing and referral network
• Represent PESI Construction professionally in the field and in the community

Who We're Looking For

• Comfortable working independently and managing your own pipeline
• Reliable transportation and ability to meet clients/job sites in the Twin Cities metro area

This is a 1099 independent contractor position. Compensation is commission-based (50/50 split per signed and funded contract) — no base salary or benefits are provided. Average sales representative makes roughly between $40k-80K depending on the amount of jobs they bring. Independent contractors are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and business expenses.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
