Responsibilities

In Textile Chemical

1. Sales & Account Management

• Manage sales agents (trading companies)
• Plan and meet customers according to schedule to present suitable products and solutions
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers

2. Technical Support & Product Presentation

• Present product technical specifications to customers
• Provide guidance on product usage and handle basic technical troubleshooting

3. Sales Operation & Reporting

• Prepare sales reports and customer visit reports and create advance sales forecasts for assigned customers

4. Market Intelligence & Strategy

• Collect and analyze market and competitor data
• Propose improvements to sales plans and identify new business opportunities

5. Internal Coordination

• Coordinate with the Accounting Department to request customers’ credit limits and follow up on customer payments, etc.
• Support inventory planning in collaboration with related teams Support sales promotion activities and product development

6. Relationship Management

• Build good relationships with customers through various activities to strengthen business cooperation
