What they need
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers, particularly within the container trailer and port segments.
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities to support business expansion.
- Conduct customer visits, product presentations, and provide solutions based on customer needs.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on prospects, and support sales negotiations.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements within the target segments.
- Support the Assistant Sales Manager in executing sales strategies, customer follow-ups, and market development activities.
- Assist in preparing sales reports, customer data, and other sales-related documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order and delivery processes.
- Minimum D3/S1 from any major.
- Experience in B2B Sales, Automotive, Commercial Vehicle, Container Trailer, Port, Logistics, or related industries is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated with a strong willingness to explore new markets.
- Able to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Good organizational and administrative skills.
- Willing to conduct business visits and work with sales targets.
