Commercial Cleaning Sales Representative

We are looking for a motivated, outgoing Commercial Cleaning Sales Representative to help grow our commercial cleaning business by finding and closing new commercial cleaning accounts.

This is a part-time position averaging approximately 80 hours per month with a flexible schedule. The role is focused entirely on remote sales activities. You will identify potential businesses, contact decision-makers by phone and email, explain our services, follow up with prospects, and close recurring commercial cleaning contracts.

No in-person sales, door-to-door sales, or travel is required.

What You'll Do

• Research local businesses that may need commercial cleaning services
• Build and manage a list of potential customers
• Make outbound sales calls
• Send emails and other online outreach
• Speak with business owners, managers, and property managers by phone
• Answer questions about our cleaning services
• Send pricing and service proposals
• Follow up consistently with interested prospects
• Close recurring commercial cleaning contracts
• Maintain accurate lead and sales records
• Work toward monthly new-client acquisition goals

Compensation

• Part-time position, approximately 80 hours per month
• Commission paid on new commercial cleaning contracts after the customer's initial payment is collected
• Commission guarantee minimum monthly
• Additional earning potential for strong sales performance

The Goal

Your job is simple: find businesses that need cleaning, start the conversation, follow up, and close recurring cleaning contracts.

You will have the flexibility to work remotely without having to travel to businesses or conduct face-to-face sales.

Pay: $7.25 - $20.00 per hour
