Full-Time Roofing Sales Representative

Star Roofing LLC is hiring an experienced Roofing Sales Representative to join our residential sales team.

We are looking for someone with at least 1 year of roofing sales experience who is comfortable meeting with homeowners, inspecting roofs, preparing estimates, following up with customers, and closing residential roofing projects.

The Position

Full-time roofing sales position

Approximately 1–3 leads per day

Leads are provided — this is not a door-knocking position

Flexible schedule

Mostly residential appointments and sales

Some office work is required

Estimates, proposals, follow-ups, and administrative work can largely be completed from home

Gas allowance provided

Work closely with our office and production teams

Responsibilities

Meet with homeowners at residential properties

Inspect and evaluate roofing systems

Discuss roofing options and recommendations with customers

Prepare professional estimates and proposals

Follow up with leads and customers

Close roofing projects

Maintain communication throughout the sales process

Enter customer information and job details into company systems

Coordinate sold jobs with the production team

Attend occasional office meetings and training

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of roofing sales experience

Residential roofing experience preferred

Strong knowledge of roofing materials, systems, and installation

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Comfortable selling and closing roofing projects

Self-motivated and able to work independently

Organized and dependable

Comfortable using a computer, email, and estimating software

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
