SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Prudence Medtech Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Medical Sales Representative to join our growing team in Ipoh.

In this role, you will promote medical products and solutions to surgeons, hospitals, and healthcare professionals, develop customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and achieve sales targets. Training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for both experienced sales professionals and fresh graduates who are looking to build a rewarding career in the healthcare industry.

About the role

Promote and introduce medical products and solutions to surgeons and healthcare professionals. Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, specialists, and hospital stakeholders. Support surgeons during procedures and provide product-related guidance when required.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and clinical meetings
• Identify new business opportunities and achieve assigned sales targets
• Conduct product training and educational sessions for healthcare professionals
• Provide timely follow-up and after-sales support to customers
• Participate in medical conferences, workshops, exhibitions, and other promotional activities

About you

• Diploma or Degree in any field
• Previous sales experience is an advantage
• Strong communication, interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and willing to learn
• Comfortable working in hospital environments and supporting surgical procedures when required
• Possess own transport and willing to travel
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia
