Sales Representative

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Remote Sales Representative to promote our products or services, communicate with potential customers, and help increase sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be self-motivated, and be comfortable working independently from home.

Responsibilities

• Contact potential and existing customers by phone, email, or online platforms.
• Explain products and services clearly and professionally.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
• Follow up with leads and prospective customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Meet assigned sales targets and performance goals.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Respond to customer questions and resolve basic concerns.
• Collaborate with the sales team to improve sales strategies.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Reliable internet connection and a computer or smartphone.
• Comfortable making calls and communicating with customers online.
• Ability to meet deadlines and sales targets.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
