Sales Representative

• Promote and sell our water sports & marine activities with Hotel guests
• Handle customer inquiries and bookings
• Assist customers before their activities for smooth experience
• Build good relationships with customers
• Explain available activities, packages, prices, and promotions.
• Coordinate with the operations team regarding customer bookings and schedules.
• Assist in promoting the company’s services and special offers.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, tourism, or hospitality is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Confident, friendly, and professional when dealing with customers.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good knowledge of social media and WhatsApp communication is an advantage.
• Basic computer skills and ability to manage bookings and customer inquiries.
• A positive attitude, self-motivated, and able to work as part of a team.
• Experience in water sports, marine tourism, or outdoor activities is an advantage.
