Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

• Generate New Business: Prospect, identify, and convert leads into long-term clients, growing our portfolio and expanding our reach.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Sales Strategy Execution: Work closely with the agency team to develop and implement business strategies that drive growth and success.
• Cross-Sell and Upsell: Leverage existing relationships and opportunities to maximize value through additional products and services.
• Networking and Referrals: Represent the agency at local events and engage with the community to generate new leads and referrals.
