Job Overview

Our client operates two successful photography and videography brands in Ireland, serving wedding and corporate clients. They are seeking a driven sales professional to manage leads, make outbound calls, follow up on inquiries, close deals, and build strong client relationships.

This role is ideal for a confident sales professional who enjoys working with people, thrives on the phone, and is motivated by commission-based success.

Schedule: Monday - Saturday (3 -4 hours per day) Work some Saturdays. Ireland business hours

One brand specializes in wedding photography, videography, selfie mirrors, photo booths, drones, and albums. The other focuses on corporate photography, videography, website design, and social media content.

Schedule: Flexibility offered based on client timezone (Ireland - GMT/IST)

Responsibilities

• Make outbound sales calls to wedding leads captured through directories, Google ads, and Meta campaigns
• Follow up on email inquiries and move prospects through the sales pipeline via phone conversations
• Present wedding packages including photography, videography, photo booths, drones, and albums with enthusiasm and authenticity
• Conduct cold outreach to corporate clients for photography, videography, website design, and social media services
• Maintain detailed notes on all client interactions and follow-ups for long-term relationship building
• Upsell and cross-sell services based on client needs and package options
• Convert leads into booked clients while delivering a warm, welcoming customer experience
• Track sales performance and collaborate with the team on lead generation strategies
• Work with provided email templates and scripts while keeping conversations natural and organic

Requirements

• Two to five years of proven sales experience with a strong track record of closing deals
• Excellent phone presence with clear, fluent English and a relatable accent suitable for Irish audiences
• Experience in both B2B and B2C sales environments
• Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and following up persistently
• Ability to sound genuine, enthusiastic, and consultative rather than scripted or pushy
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
• Self-motivated and results-driven with a hunger for commission-based earnings

Qualifications

• It helps if you've worked in the creative industries such as photography, events, or hospitality
