About the Role

Banksia Health is looking for a Sales Representative to support patients through registration, follow up and consultation booking.

The role involves inbound and outbound calls, patient follow ups, appointment setting, CRM updates and coordination with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Make inbound and outbound patient calls
• Follow up leads and incomplete registrations
• Book eligible patients for consultations with doctors
• Complete callbacks and provide non clinical updates
• Maintain accurate CRM notes and patient statuses
• Record reasons patients do not proceed
• Coordinate with Customer Service, Operations and other teams
• Escalate clinical, technical or operational issues appropriately
• Meet call, booking and conversion targets
• Participate in coaching and call reviews

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year inbound or outbound sales experience
• Strong phone communication and objection handling skills
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Experience with CRM or web based systems
• Goal focused and comfortable working with KPIs
• Strong organisation and follow up skills
• Comfortable working Australian business hours
• Previous customer service or customer support experience is a plus
