Sales Representative

About the role

You will be the primary point of contact for small-to-medium business owners who have applied for financing. Your goal is to build immediate rapport, guide applicants through the initial onboarding phase, collect all required documentation, and hand off fully qualified files to our Senior Funding Advisors to close the deal.

Key responsibilities

• Promptly contact inbound business owners who have applied for a business loan
• Educate applicants on required files (e.g., bank statements, tax documents, ID, business info) and follow up persistently to collect them
• Conduct initial calls to verify business details, funding urgency, and overall fit
• Organize completed files and transfer warm, fully documented leads to Senior Funding Advisors for final underwriting and closing
• Maintain accurate notes, deal stages, and applicant records in our CRM system

About you

• Fluent English communication with exceptional spoken and written English skills
• Proven track record in phone sales, lead qualification, or outbound/inbound phone operations (telemarketing, SDR, or financial intake experience preferred)
• Excellent time management and persistent follow-up skills to keep applicants moving through the pipeline
• Competitive mindset motivated by closed deals and uncapped commission potential
• Comfort with CRMs, VoIP phone systems, and digital document management tools
