Sales Representative

About the role

Sales Representative at Day Day Help, a tech-forward agency specialising in overseas domestic helper employment. The role involves responding to employer inquiries, assessing household requirements to match and recommend foreign domestic helpers, scheduling interviews, preparing employment contracts and visa applications, and acting as the primary post-arrival contact for employers to manage relationships and foster long-term trust.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to employer inquiries promptly via online platforms, WhatsApp, and phone calls
• Assess household requirements to accurately match, recommend, and place foreign domestic helpers
• Schedule and facilitate two-way interviews between employers and helper candidates
• Prepare employment contracts and visa applications while tracking progress to ensure smooth processing
• Act as the primary post-onboarding contact for employers to manage relationships and foster long-term trust

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree graduate
• Minimum 2 years of sales or customer service experience, ideally in e-commerce, digital platforms, online services, or tech-driven consumer environments
• Highly proficient with digital communication platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, Google Meet, Zoom, Webinar)
• Exceptional verbal communication in Cantonese and English, with the ability to build trust, assess family needs, and convey empathy online or over the phone
• Proactive attitude with a proven track record of meeting targets, converting leads, and closing sales through digital channels
• Strong adaptability to fast-paced workflows, with high attention to detail in handling matching tasks and documentation
• Energetic and adaptable, comfortable working in an innovative startup culture

We offer:

• Basic Salary (HK$18,000-20,000) + Commission (HK$3,000-5,000)
• 5-day work (Sunday to Thursday)
