Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in retail or on-site settings to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through personalized communication and follow-up
• Upsell additional products or services to maximize customer satisfaction and sales revenue
• Manage route driving to ensure timely delivery of products, adhering to DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations and safe driving practices
• Conduct merchandising activities to ensure displays are attractive, organized, and aligned with brand standards
• Perform heavy lifting and safe lifting practices when handling merchandise or equipment
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory levels using organizational skills

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or related fields; retail store experience is a plus
• Valid driver’s license with commercial driving experience preferred; knowledge of commercial truck driving is advantageous
• Familiarity with pricing strategies, upselling techniques, and client communication methods
• Strong math skills for handling transactions, pricing calculations, and basic analytics
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in accordance with safety standards
• Knowledge of DOT regulations for route driving and transportation safety practices
• Excellent communication skills for building rapport with customers and team members
• Organizational skills to manage schedules, routes, and merchandising tasks effectively
• Military experience is considered a valuable asset due to discipline and organizational capabilities
