The Opportunity:
  
An exciting opportunity exists for an energetic and commercially minded Sales Representative to join a successful and growing team based in Townsville.
This role offers the perfect combination of account management and business development, allowing you to build strong customer relationships while actively pursuing new opportunities. You'll work with an extensive product portfolio, engage directly with customers and play a key role in driving sales growth across the region.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing and developing an established customer base.
• Building strong relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Identifying and securing new business opportunities.
• Presenting products, promotions and tailored solutions to customers.
• Achieving sales targets and KPIs.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure outstanding service delivery.

Your Skills & Experience:
 
To be successful, you will bring:

• Previous sales experience within the FMCG, food service or related industries.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Strong negotiation and commercial acumen.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work autonomously and manage your time effectively.
• Sound computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• A current C Class Driver Licence.
• A positive attitude and genuine passion for delivering results

This is a full-time, ongoing position based in Townsville. Applicants must be able to work from Townsville and have the legal right to work in Australia in a manner that allows them to meet the ongoing requirements of the position. Employer sponsorship is not available for this role. Applicants who are relocating to Townsville should outline their proposed relocation and commencement timeframe in their application.
