WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions through phone, chat, or other channels
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
• Explain product features, pricing, promotions, and available offers
• Build customer confidence through professional communication
• Meet sales, quality, and productivity targets
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the customer journey

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Graduate or above
• With or without BPO/sales experience
• Good English communication and interpersonal skills
• Goal-oriented and willing to work in a performance-driven environment
• Basic computer skills and ability to multitask
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
• Willing to work onsite in Davao City
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays

Pay: Php19,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
