Sales Representative

Role Summary

The Sales Clerk serves as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering excellent service while supporting daily store operations. This role combines customer engagement, sales support, and routine administrative and merchandising tasks to ensure a smooth and positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Sales

• Welcome and greet all customers warmly upon entry.
• Answer customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, promotions, and store policies accurately and courteously.
• Guide customers to product locations and assist in locating specific items.
• Recommend products based on customer needs, preferences, and current promotions to drive sales.
• Inform customers of ongoing special offers, discounts, and loyalty program benefits.

Transactions & Operations

• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently and accurately; process payments via cash, credit card, and other accepted methods.
• Maintain well-stocked shelves and arrange merchandise in attractive displays in line with sales goals, seasonal events, and promotional guidelines.
• Assist in monitoring inventory levels, checking supplies, and reporting stock shortages, discrepancies, or losses.
• Gather and record basic sales and customer information to support store performance tracking and service improvements.

Preferred Qualification

• Residency: Preferably residing within or near the SM City Rosario, General Trias, Cavite area for reliable attendance and flexible scheduling.or near area
