Crownstone is expanding its remote sales team and is looking for motivated individuals who want to develop real-world sales and negotiation skills while learning the real estate industry.

No previous sales experience required. No real estate experience required.

We provide training through Crownstone Academy and teach you our process from the ground up.

This role is centered around communicating with property owners, understanding their needs, identifying opportunities, negotiating, and helping Crownstone secure signed agreements.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Crownstone Sales Representative, you will:

• Reach out to property owners and potential sellers
• Introduce yourself and start conversations
• Ask questions and understand the seller's situation
• Build relationships with property owners
• Identify potential real estate opportunities
• Research properties and comparable sales
• Review property information and potential deal numbers
• Learn how to determine potential offers
• Present offers to sellers
• Negotiate professionally
• Follow up with sellers
• Maintain your pipeline
• Keep detailed notes on your conversations
• Use Crownstone Lead Manager to manage your opportunities
• Work toward getting agreements signed
• Submit qualified opportunities to Crownstone's deal process

We Don't Require Experience

This is an entry-level opportunity.

You don't need:

• Previous sales experience
• Real estate experience
• Wholesaling experience
• Acquisitions experience
• A real estate license

You'll receive training on the Crownstone process.

Performance & Compensation

This is a performance-based position.

Crownstone representatives receive:

25% of eligible compensation from qualifying closed deals

Representatives who demonstrate strong performance may become eligible for increased compensation under Crownstone's compensation structure, with a maximum of 45%.

There is no guaranteed income or guaranteed number of transactions.

Your earning potential depends on the opportunities you help generate and the transactions that successfully close.

Daily Expectations

Our current operating target is approximately:

200 outbound messages per working day

Pay: $1,000.00 - $3,000.00 per week
