About the Role

Snowball Impact Marketing (Pty) Ltd is looking for a motivated and people-oriented Sales Representative to join the team. What You’ll Do

• Engage with potential and existing customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Promote company products and services clearly and confidently
• Build positive customer relationships and create a strong brand impression
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
• Meet individual and team sales targets
• Answer questions and provide accurate product information
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, promotions, and sales offers
• Record customer interactions and sales activity accurately
• Work closely with team members and leaders to improve sales performance
• Take part in training sessions and ongoing development initiatives

Required

• Strong verbal communication skills

  Grade 12

• Professional appearance and manner

• Basic literacy and numeracy skills

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in customer service, retail, promotions, or sales
