We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in Mackay, QLD on a Full-Time basis.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct regular visits to external customers to strengthen existing partnerships and cultivate long-term business relationships.
• Drive sales growth by identifying and pursuing opportunities with both new and existing customers within your designated territory.
• Promote the company’s brand by enhancing its market presence and gathering valuable marketing intelligence.
• Accurately process customer orders and maintain up-to-date records within PRONTO systems.
• Deliver up-to-date product information and distribute relevant marketing materials to support customer engagement.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, ensuring service levels and call handling targets are met.
• Provide accurate pricing, product availability, and service details to customers as needed to support their purchasing decisions.

What you will bring:

• A valid Australian Driver’s Licence (Mandatory)
• Experience in face-to-face sales and customer service
• A proven track record of working towards targets
• The ability to think outside the box for a solution
• Exceptional time management and organisational skills
• An automotive or spare parts background
• Intermediate computer skills
