Sales Representative

Job Summary
We're seeking a motivated Roofing Sales Representative to join our growing team, generate leads, meet with homeowners, assess roofing needs, and close sales for roof repairs, replacements, and storm damage restoration projects. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong communication skills, a competitive drive, and a genuine desire to help customers navigate the roofing and insurance claims process.

What You'll Do

• Generate leads through door-to-door canvassing, referrals, networking, and storm-tracking
• Conduct roof inspections and document damage with photos and detailed notes
• Educate homeowners on their roofing options, materials, and the insurance claims process
• Present accurate, professional estimates and proposals
• Assist customers through the insurance claims process, including meeting adjusters on-site when needed
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships from first contact through project completion
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
• Collaborate with production and project management teams to ensure smooth job handoffs
• Stay current on roofing products, materials, and industry best practices

What We're Looking For

• Prior sales experience preferred (roofing, construction, or insurance restoration sales a plus)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and competitive drive
• Comfortable canvassing neighborhoods and working outdoors, including climbing ladders and walking roofs
• Basic understanding of roofing systems and materials (Not required because we will train you.)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings. We don't work on Sundays.
• Experience with insurance claims/restoration process a plus, not required

Pay: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
