Sales Representative

Overview

We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will work with customers to understand their needs, recommend suitable sleep products, and provide helpful product information. You will support sales activities, maintain a positive customer experience, and help ensure products are presented clearly and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with selecting mattresses, pillows, adjustable bases, and related sleep products
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products based on their preferences
• Explain product features, benefits, and available options clearly
• Demonstrate products and answer customer questions
• Support sales activities and work toward daily and monthly sales goals
• Maintain organized and attractive product displays
• Keep product information and sales materials up to date
• Process customer purchases and payments accurately using POS systems
• Provide friendly customer service and assist with resolving customer concerns
• Follow up with customers when needed and help maintain positive customer relationships

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or a similar role is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable explaining products and speaking with different types of customers
• Basic computer and POS system skills
• Good organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Customer-focused attitude with a willingness to learn about sleep products and technology
• Previous experience with mattresses, furniture, or home products is an asset

Pay: $37,512.74-$119,285.39 per year
