- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new customers
- Promote and present company engine oil products, explaining product features, benefits, specifications, and applications
- Provide technical product information and usage advice to customers when required
- Monitor sales performance, ensure timely payment collection, and follow up on outstanding accounts
- Provide after-sales service and handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally
- Conduct market research on competitors, pricing, and customer trends to improve sales performance
- Report sales activities, market feedback, and issues to management
- Continuously improve product knowledge related to engine oil, lubricants, and automotive applications
