Position: Commission-Based Sales Representative

Commission: 5% of each portable building sold

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and outgoing Portable Building Sales Representative to join our team. You will work at our portable building sales lot, assist customers in choosing the right building for their needs, answer questions, provide pricing information, and guide customers through the purchasing process.

This is a commission-based position, offering 5% commission on every portable building you sell. The more you sell, the more you earn.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers visiting the sales lot
• Learn and explain the features, sizes, and options of available buildings
• Help customers determine which building best fits their needs and budget
• Provide pricing and financing information when applicable
• Follow up with potential customers and leads
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional sales lot
• Complete sales paperwork and coordinate orders
• Build positive relationships with customers
• Work toward individual sales goals

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Friendly, confident, and motivated personality
• Comfortable talking with customers and closing sales
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Previous sales experience is preferred but not required
• Knowledge of construction, sheds, barns, or portable buildings is a plus
• Must be dependable and professional

Compensation

5% commission on every portable building sold.

There is no complicated commission structure — you earn 5% of the sale price of each building you sell.

For example, a $10,000 building = $500 commission.
