The Opportunity

We are looking for an enthusiastic Internal Sales Representative to join our Blacktown team.

This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where you will learn to quote and assist customers with our wide range of vehicle accessories, such as:

• Shelving Systems
• Cargo Barriers
• Drawers
• Canopies
• Service Bodies
• Ute Trays
• And much more!

 You’ll engage with both trade professionals and retail customers, helping them choose the right solutions for their vehicles.

Hours:

• Monday–Thurs: 7:30 am–4:30 pm
• Friday: 7:30 am- 3:30 pm

Responsibilities will include:

• Assist prospective customers with vehicle accessory enquiries.
• Effectively guiding customers through the sales process from start to finish.
• Managing customer enquiries and follow-up.
• Providing excellent customer service.
• Develop and maintain customer relations, leading to effective sales outcomes.
• Maintain the Vehicle Showroom, personal workstation and personal appearance.
• Manoeuvre and relocate customer and company vehicles within the workshop, yard and designated parking areas as required.
• Achieve weekly, monthly and annual performance goals and sales targets.
• Working hours:  Mon - Thur 7:30 am - 4:30 pm and Fri 7:30 am – 3:30 pm

What You’ll Bring

• Previous experience in automotive sales or the automotive industry
• Strong knowledge of vehicles, accessories and aftermarket products
• Proven sales ability with a customer-focused approach
• Confident communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to manage enquiries, quotations and sales follow-ups effectively
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven sales environment
• Current Australian driver’s licence and confidence manoeuvring a range of vehicles
