💼 About the Role

This permanent, full-time field-based position offers variety, autonomy and purpose. You'll spend your days:

• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships across the Southern Highlands and South Coast
• Managing inbound leads and customer enquiries
• Identifying new business opportunities and renewing existing contracts
• Providing quotes, advice and tailored waste management solutions
• Achieving weekly and monthly sales and account management targets
• Conducting regular customer visits to monitor satisfaction and identify growth opportunities
• Working closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional service

🎯 What You'll Bring

• Proven sales and customer service experience
• Strong communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills
• A current driver's licence and proficiency in Microsoft Office
• The ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively
• Waste industry experience (desirable but not essential)
