Sales Representative

An Account Executive is a Sales Professional who acts as a primary Liaison between Times Trading Co., Inc. and its clients. The main responsibility of an Account Executive is to drive company revenues by acquiring and sustaining new and existing clients, and properly manage the entire sales cycle, from initial pitch, contract negotiation, down to the actual delivery of products.

Main Responsibilities:

• Client Acquisition and Retention
• Contract Negotiation
• Customer Relationship Management

Skills Required:

• Sales & Negotiation
• Project Management by tracking multiple accounts, coordinating with various internal and external teams involved over a transaction, and meeting strict deadlines
• Administrative knowledge on the end-to-end transaction process of customers

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or Communication
• With two (2) to three (3) years of Account Executive experience in a retail industry
• Strong business acumen on arts, office, and school supplies including machines
• Understands proper sales execution and last-mile delivery processes
• Possess a strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Effective customer relation and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office Applications
