About the role

Senior Sales Executive managing sales in the kraft paper industry, developing clients, and maintaining relationships with existing clients while increasing sales volume by expanding the new customer base.

Key responsibilities

• Seek out new clients (kraft paper packaging manufacturer) and increase sales volume from existing clients
• Provide consulting on the appropriate kraft paper properties for clients' packaging
• Manage key accounts, resolve issues, and monitor client satisfaction
• Prepare sales reports, analyze competitors, and plan online/offline marketing strategies
• Coordinate with the production, warehouse, and logistic departments to ensure timely delivery of goods

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 5 years of direct experience in selling kraft paper or corrugated packaging
• Good interpersonal skills, pleasant personality, service-minded, and passionate about sales
• Possesses negotiation skills
• Able to drive a car and hold a valid driver's license
• Able to travel to upcountry
• Proficient in using MS Office programs (Excel, Word, Power Point)
• Fluent in English
• Excellent communication in Chinese will be given special consideration
