Job Requirements

• Minimum qualification: SSCE or ND.
• 0–1 year of work experience; candidates with little or no previous experience are welcome to apply.
• Must be willing to learn and able to follow instructions.
• Must have basic knowledge of operating a computer/system, including entering information and using simple business software.
• Must have good communication and customer-service skills.
• Must be polite, responsible, punctual, and able to work effectively with customers and other staff.
• Must be willing and committed to long-term employment. Candidates should be prepared to stay with the organization for at least one year or longer, rather than leaving after a few months.
• Must be available to work Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
• Candidates must reside within kETU/MILE 12

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to customers and respond to their enquiries.
• Enter customer orders and invoices into the company’s system.
• Print invoices and other necessary documents.
• Assist with packing orders when the workplace is busy.
• Confirm customer orders and ensure items are properly prepared.
• Assist with basic stock/order confirmation when required.
• Maintain a friendly and professional relationship with customers.
• Carry out other reasonable duties assigned by management.
