SALES REPRESENTATIVE

About the role

Rubberflex is expanding its presence in the Indonesian rubber thread market. We are looking for a driven, self-motivated Sales Representative to grow our market share, strengthen customer relationships, and provide on-the-ground market intelligence across Indonesia's key industrial regions.

Key responsibilities

• Drive growth of the Company's market share across Indonesia
• Gather market intelligence from rubber thread users nationwide, with particular focus on customers currently purchasing from competitors
• Conduct regular visits to existing and prospective customers to maintain and grow relationships
• Support the Company's sales team during customer visits and negotiations
• Represent the Company at relevant industry exhibitions, trade shows, and conventions
• Provide strategic input and market insights to help shape territory-specific growth plans

About you

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience in spandex, DTY polyester yarn, crochet machine (or needle of the machine), braiding machine, covering machine, rubber thread, or related industries
• Strong command of spoken and written English
• Mandarin proficiency is an advantage
• Owns a personal vehicle and is willing to travel extensively across Indonesia
• Comfortable with flexible working hours and a mobile, field-based role
• Preferred candidate background: experience with, or established contacts at, companies such as Indorama, Mutu Gading, Tifico, Citra Terus Makmur (Budi Agung), Polyfin, Mitra Bangun Cemerlang, or Fei Tex will be highly regarded
