Sales Representative

Modern equipment dealership seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team and drive our growth through exceptional customer engagement and strategic sales efforts. In this role, you will be the face of our company, building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions. Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in retail stores and on the road to promote products and services effectively.
• Build lasting customer relationships through excellent communication, attentive service, and personalized solutions.
• Conduct upselling by identifying additional needs and presenting relevant products or services to maximize sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate pricing information, negotiate deals, and process transactions smoothly using organizational skills.

Skills

• Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients and team members.
• Farm experience or knowledge in AG equipment.
• Basic math proficiency for calculating prices, discounts, and profit margins accurately.
• Experience in retail store environments or customer service roles is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of pricing strategies, upselling techniques, and merchandising principles.

Pay: $19,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
