Duties

• Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service to enhance their shopping experience
• Demonstrate product features through engaging product demos, highlighting key benefits to meet customer needs
• Assist customers with product selection, upselling relevant items to maximize sales opportunities
• Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions, cash handling, and receipt issuance
• Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customers and promote featured products
• Conduct basic inventory checks and restock shelves as needed to ensure product availability
• Handle customer inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

Experience

• Previous retail sales experience preferred, especially in technology or consumer electronics sales
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases effectively
• Experience conducting product demos or technical sales enhances your ability to educate customers about complex products
• Strong organizational skills and time management are essential for managing multiple tasks efficiently
• Basic math skills necessary for cash handling, POS operations, and transaction accuracy
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and proactive approach to assisting shoppers
• Familiarity with merchandising, cashiering, and upselling techniques will set you apart in this role
