Sales Representative

Overview

We are looking for a full time sales rep to join our team on a tiered commission structure with a base salary included.

OMMA credentials are required. Must be able to pass a background check.

Weekly base starting salary : $600 / week. (This rate can change if provided with a deep book of business or proven records of sales performance.)

Tiered Commission structure : Each rate applies only to the sales dollars inside that tier.
$0.00-$20,000/month = %0

$20,000-$35,000/month = %3

$35,000-$40,000/month = %5

$50,000+/month = %7

Company gas card provided.

In-House delivery support.

Potential signing bonus if applicable - up to $2,000/month during agreed introductory period.

A focus on Tulsa metro is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and personalized service
• Promote our product offerings, including pricing options, upselling additional services, and tailored solutions to meet customer needs
• Conduct route driving to visit retail stores.
• Assist customers in understanding product features, pricing structures, and available promotions to maximize sales opportunities
• Maintain organized records of client interactions, sales activities, and route schedules to ensure seamless operations. input this data into our CRM on a daily basis.

Experience

• Proven experience in retail store environments or direct sales roles demonstrating excellent customer relationship building skills
• Strong math skills for calculating pricing, discounts, and upselling opportunities accurately
• Exceptional communication skills for engaging clients effectively and conveying product value clearly
• Organizational skills to manage multiple client visits or routes efficiently while maintaining detailed records
