Sales Representative

Job Summary

Duties

• Engage with customers in our retail store and over the phone to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services
• Build lasting relationships with clients through effective communication and personalized service
• Conduct upselling by identifying additional products or services that meet customer needs, increasing sales revenue
• Perform heavy lifting and safe lifting practices when handling merchandise or equipment during merchandising
• Maintain compliance for ATF records and audits

Skills

• Strong communication skills to effectively connect with clients, team members, and management
• Basic math skills for pricing calculations, inventory management, and sales transactions
• Experience in retail store environments or customer service roles is highly desirable
• Ability to upsell products confidently while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction
• Familiarity with merchandising principles to ensure product displays are attractive and organized
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while adhering to safe lifting practices
• Proven sales ability with a focus on building customer relationships and client communication skills
