Sales Representative

Legacy Forge Roofing is a licensed roofing company based in Chandler, Arizona. We were founded by a veteran with a military and first responder background, on a simple standard: do what is right, even when no one is watching. That standard is the whole business. It's why we back our work with a 7 year workmanship warranty, why we tell homeowners the truth about their roof instead of what's easiest to hear, and why our name is Legacy Forge. We're not here to run a quick operation and move on. We're here to forge something that outlasts us.

Right now, that means finding the next canvasser who's ready to become one of our sales representatives: the person knocking doors across the East Valley, meeting homeowners face to face, and being the first impression of everything Legacy Forge stands for.

The opportunity

This is a commission based, uncapped role. There's no ceiling on what you can earn here, your income is a direct result of your own effort and skill at the door. But this isn't just a paycheck opportunity. We're a young, growing company with a real long term plan, and we're looking to bring the right people up with us as we grow, not just fill a seat. If you show up, do the work with integrity, and get good at this, there is a real path here beyond canvassing: toward closing your own deals, toward leading a team, toward a real stake in what we're building.

We work two lines of business, so there's always a door worth knocking: storm and hail restoration, and retail re-roof and repair. You'll be trained on both.

What you'll do

• Canvass neighborhoods throughout the East Valley to identify homeowners who need a roof inspection, repair, or replacement
• Have honest, straightforward conversations at the door. No pressure tactics, no false urgency, just a real assessment of what a homeowner's roof actually needs
• Set appointments and, as you develop, present and close deals using Legacy Forge's pricing, contracts, and process
• Represent our brand and our name on every single door: professional, respectful, and honest
• Work closely with our production and admin team so that every job you bring in gets handled the right way from contract to completion

Who we're looking for

• Someone who can hold a conversation with a stranger on their doorstep and mean every word of it
• Self motivated people who don't need to be babysat to put in a full day's work. You set your own pace and we respect that
• People who take accountability seriously. If something goes wrong, you own it and fix it, you don't disappear
• A background in sales, canvassing, the trades, the military, or first response is a plus, but it is not required. What matters more is character
• Reliable transportation and the willingness to be on your feet outdoors for a full work day
• No experience necessary. We will train you on the roofing knowledge. We can't train honesty or work ethic, so bring those with you

Compensation

Commission based, 1099 independent contractor role with uncapped earning potential. There is no salary cap here. What you earn is determined by your own effort, consistency, and growth in the role.
