The role involves communicating with prospective students, understanding their requirements, providing information about certification programs, and supporting the enrollment process.

Responsibilities Handle prospective student inquiries through calls and WhatsApp.

Explain relevant certification programs and enrollment details.

Follow up with leads and maintain CRM records.

Work toward assigned monthly sales and enrollment targets.

Maintain professional communication with prospective students.

Track follow-ups and sales activities.

Requirements 1–2 years of experience in sales, telesales, business development, or education counseling.

Good communication and customer-handling skills.

Ability to work in a target-based environment.

Basic computer and CRM skills.

Strong follow-up and negotiation abilities.
