Main Purpose of position:

We are a marketing company and we looking for sales representatives for our new client His Grace Agency. So our new client His Grace Agency is an agency of experienced construction companies and builders, they source jobs for the construction companies and builders under them. So you as Sales Representative, you will recruit architects to partner with His Grace Agency in a way that when an architech is done creating a plan for a client they refer His Grace Agency to the client for construction of the building structure the architect created for him/her.

So His Grace Agency will provide the client for FREE with more than 5 qoutes from its construction companies and builders for building the structure according to the client's budget and requirements. That gives the client more options to choose from. They construction companies and builders are able to build any structure across anywhere in SA.

So you as a Sales Representative will pitch to architects about them partnering with His Grace Agency by referring their clients ready to build to them, for every client they refer and builds with His Grace Agency, the architect will get a big commission and you as a Sales Representative will also get a big commission.

You can search architects nearest to you, organize to meet with them anywhere convenient or even at their offices and recruit them to work with His Grace Agency and earn a high commission.

We as an organization often get people who want an estimate quote for building before they start building and then after ask if we can recommend any architect, when this happens we will refer the architects partnered with us so that they use them for the plans.

We will provide you with marketing materials.

Key Responsibility Areas:

• Meeting your nearest architechs and pitching to them.

• Recruiting architects online or offline to partner with His Grace Agency.

Attributes:

• Must be friendly and welcoming to people.

• Must be able to persuade architects to make money for themselves through this commission structure.

• Must be a hard worker.
