Job Description:
We're seeking a people-oriented, highly motivated Sales Representative to promote and sell newly constructed homes. The ideal candidate is extroverted, thrives in a client-facing role, and has a passion for helping others make one of the most important purchases of their lives.

Responsibilities:

• Meet with prospective buyers to show available homes and lots
• Provide information about pricing, layouts, and construction timelines
• Build relationships with clients and maintain follow-ups
• Collaborate with the construction team to stay updated on availability and progress
• Host model home tours and open houses
• Educate buyers about financing options (training provided)

Requirements:

• Age 21 or older
• Excellent people skills – friendly, outgoing, and professional
• Bilingual (Spanish/English strongly preferred)
• Motivated to meet and exceed sales goals
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Able to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends
• Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required
• Must be comfortable working independently and with a team

Pay: $40,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
