Sales Representative

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities within a designated territory. This role requires a consultative sales approach, focusing on:

• Identifying and converting potential sales targets
• Building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline
• Effectively managing prospects through CRM and sales tracking
• Closing deals and exceeding sales goals

• A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and closing deals

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Earning Potential:

We offer a highly rewarding tiered commission structure to incentivize top performance:

• 5% commission on monthly sales up to $35,000
• 10% commission on monthly sales up to $80,000
• 11% commission on monthly sales from $81,00 to $110,000
• 12% commission on monthly sales from $111,001 to $160,000
• 13% commission on all sales once you exceed $160,000, retroactively applied to your entire month's sales
