Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented Part-Time Sales Representative to join our team in Pleasanton, CA. In this role, you will help drive our sales process from initial inquiry to final order, manage customer relationships, and support our growing commercial playground and site-amenity operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming sales inquiries, provide product information, and guide customers through quote and proposal generation.
• Manage and track open sales leads, customer communications, and project pipelines.
• Collaborate closely with team members and leadership to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records and utilize internal systems to track sales metrics and project details.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: College degree required.
• Experience: 1–2 years of proven experience in sales, customer relations, or a related commercial role.
• Employment Type: Part-Time.
• Systems Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems.
• Location: Based in Pleasanton, CA or the surrounding Tri-Valley area (in-person role).
• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-first mindset.
• Attributes: Self-motivated, highly organized, adaptable, and eager to learn the commercial playground industry.

Pay: $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 20.0 per week
