Responsibilities

• Build lasting relationships with clients through excellent customer service, ensuring repeat business and customer satisfaction.
• Apply basic math skills for pricing, invoicing, and calculating discounts or upselling opportunities.
• Promote additional products or services (upselling) to maximize sales opportunities during customer interactions.
• Maintain organized records of client interactions, sales transactions, and route schedules for optimal efficiency.

Requirements

** Previous HVAC sales experience preferred but not required.

• Valid driver’s license with experience in driving or route driving preferred.
• Knowledge of pricing strategies, sales techniques, and upselling methods.
• Strong communication skills for effective client communication and team collaboration.
• Basic math proficiency for calculating prices, discounts, and managing transactions accurately.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage routes, schedules, and client information efficiently.
