SALES REPRESENTATIVE

We're looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with prospective clients, and closing deals that drive revenue growth. Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products/services
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profit
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software
• Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor products

About you

• Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
• Ability to build rapport and trust with clients
• Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
