Duties

• Actively engage with customers to identify their needs and recommend appropriate products or services
• Build strong customer relationships through excellent communication, personalized service, and follow-up
• Conduct upselling by presenting additional products or upgrades that benefit the customer and increase sales
• Manage route driving to ensure timely delivery of products, adhering to DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations and safety standards
• Perform merchandising tasks to ensure displays are attractive, organized, and aligned with company standards
• Handle heavy lifting and safe lifting practices when transporting merchandise or supplies within retail or distribution environments
• Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, customer interactions, and route schedules for organizational efficiency

Skills

• Strong communication skills with the ability to connect effectively with diverse clients
• Basic math skills for pricing calculations, inventory management, and sales transactions
• Experience in retail store environments or customer service roles is highly desirable
• Knowledge of commercial driving, route planning, and automobile transportation regulations (including DOT compliance)
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while following proper lifting practices
• Proven sales skills with a focus on upselling and client relationship building
• Familiarity with merchandising techniques to optimize product presentation and store layout
• Organizational skills to manage schedules, routes, and client information efficiently
• Experience in military service is a plus, demonstrating discipline and teamwork capabilities

Pay: $52,649.55 - $63,405.90 per year
