Calibre Exterior Cleaning is an Adelaide-based exterior cleaning company servicing residential and commercial properties across the metropolitan area. We deliver roof cleaning, solar panel cleaning, gutter cleaning, exterior window cleaning, building washing, pressure washing and pavement sealing.

We are looking for a Sales Representative to grow our customer base across metropolitan Adelaide. This is a field-based role for someone who is comfortable quoting on site, managing their own diary and taking ownership of a revenue target.

About the role

Reporting to the Director, you will be responsible for generating and converting quoting opportunities across metropolitan Adelaide. You will attend site visits, assess properties, prepare quotations on site and follow up each opportunity through to an outcome.

Enquiries generated through our advertising, our existing client database and our outstanding quotations form the basis of your pipeline. You will be expected to build on this through your own prospecting and referral relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Attend in-person site visits, assess the property and prepare an accurate quotation on site
• Measure and scope work to the company rate card to protect job profitability and technician time
• Work leads generated through Google Ads, the existing client database and outstanding quotations
• Develop your own pipeline through networking, referral relationships with agents, strata and property managers and builders, and direct prospecting
• Follow up every quotation until it is won or formally lost, and reactivate archived quotes
• Maintain accurate lead and client records in Simpro and GoHighLevel
• Book won work into the calendar with complete scope, access notes and site hazards
• Represent Calibre Exterior Cleaning professionally and quote only what the team can deliver

About you

You are a self-motivated sales professional who enjoys being on the road and is comfortable working towards a revenue target with limited supervision.

Essential:

• Current Australian driver's licence and full Australian working rights
• Strong communication skills and confidence using CRM systems
• Resilience and the ability to maintain activity levels through a slow run

Highly regarded:

• A proven track record of meeting sales targets in a field-based, in-home or business-to-business role
• Experience selling trades, building, property or home services
• Experience with Simpro, GoHighLevel or a comparable quoting and CRM system
• Existing relationships with real estate agents, strata and property managers or builders
• Construction Induction Card (White Card) and National Police Clearance

What's on offer

• Base salary of $85,000 plus superannuation
• Monthly commission on revenue generated above target, paying 5% above $60,000 and 10% above $80,000
• On-target earnings of $115,000 and above
