Home Improvement Sales Representative — Roofing, Siding, Windows & Gutters

DeWitt Home Services is growing, and we need another experienced rep who can sit at a homeowner's kitchen table, inspect the house, and close the job. If you already know roofing, siding, windows, and gutters and you've sold in this industry, we want to talk.

Who we are

We're a local home improvement company specializing in roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and kitchen and bath remodeling. We're expanding operations and adding to our sales team to keep up. We offer customer financing, we stand behind our installs, and we keep the process simple so reps can spend their time selling.

What you'll do

• Run in-home consultations with homeowners: inspect, measure, and scope roofing, siding, window, and gutter projects
• Present options, pricing, and financing, and close — same day when it's the right fit for the homeowner
• Write complete, accurate contracts and hand off clean job files to production
• Stay in touch with your customers through installation so nothing falls through the cracks
• Build your own referral and review pipeline on top of the leads you're given
• Hit monthly sales targets and keep your pipeline up to date

What you need (required)

• 1–2+ years of sales experience, preferably in home improvement or exteriors
• Working knowledge of roofing, siding, windows, and gutters — you can talk product, spot problems, measure, and scope a job. This one is not optional.
• Comfortable with in-home, one-call-close selling
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle

Nice to have

• Kitchen and bathroom remodeling sales experience
• Existing referral network in the area
• Experience with a CRM and roof-measurement tools (EagleView, Hover, or similar)
• Insurance/storm restoration claims experience
