Tru Auto Sales is looking for a motivated, outgoing, and creative Automotive Sales & Content Creator to join our team.

This is a commission-based opportunity for someone who enjoys talking to customers, selling vehicles, and creating engaging social media videos.

What You’ll Do

• Sell used vehicles and work with customers from inquiry to purchase.
• Follow up with leads through phone, text, email, and social media.
• Create short-form video content featuring our vehicles.
• Appear in and/or help produce videos for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Showcase vehicle features, walkarounds, test drives, and promotions.
• Take photos and help maintain attractive online vehicle listings.
• Build relationships with customers and provide excellent service.
• Help generate new leads through social media content and networking.
• Work with the dealership team to promote inventory and special offers.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Confident and comfortable speaking on camera.
• Energetic, friendly, and outgoing personality.
• Interest in cars and automotive sales.
• Sales experience is an asset, but motivated candidates without dealership experience are welcome.
• Comfortable using social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Creative mindset with the ability to come up with new video ideas.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Valid driver's licence.

Compensation

Commission-Based – Competitive Earning Potential

Your earnings will be based on vehicle sales. The more you sell and the more leads you generate, the more you can earn.
