We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our team in a dynamic vape shop environment at Vibes Vape, located in Englewood. However we also have locations in Arvada, Littleton, and Greeley. This is a full-time position, and the ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and a passion for helping customers find the products they need. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive shopping experience while maintaining an organized and well-stocked store. Knowledge about kratom, CBD, vape products, and glass is preferred. This role offers commission based on performance, bonuses, and also tips.

Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products throughout the store.
• Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns promptly.
• Operate the cash register accurately, processing transactions efficiently.
• Maintain stock levels by restocking shelves and organizing merchandise to ensure a tidy presentation.
• Engage in upselling techniques to promote additional products to customers.
• Handle phone inquiries with professionalism, demonstrating strong phone etiquette.
• Perform basic math calculations for transactions and inventory management.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance overall store performance at Vibes Vape.

Skills

• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
• Experience in retail sales, preferably within a vape shop setting.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and inventory tracking.
• Ability to upsell products while maintaining a customer-focused approach.
• Proficient in operating cash registers and handling transactions smoothly.
• Excellent customer service skills, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all patrons.
• Strong organizational skills to maintain stock levels and store appearance.
• Preferred knowledge of kratom, CBD, vape products, and glass to assist customers effectively.
