SALES REPRESENTATIVE

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our team. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying potential customers, developing relationships, presenting products or services, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate is confident, customer-focused, and able to communicate effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and contact potential customers through calls, emails, social media, referrals, and other channels.
• Present and explain products or services to prospective and existing customers.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations as needed.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements within company guidelines.
• Follow up with prospects and customers to close sales and maintain relationships.
• Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer information, sales activities, and transactions.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer service.
