Sales Representative

We’re looking for an experienced and results-driven sales representative to actively engage customer prospects for sales growth within a predetermined route of retail accounts while managing quality, branding, distribution, retailer relationships, and trade execution. You will provide many responsibilities to your customers ranging from maintaining inventory levels and distribution to portfolio knowledge and account management.

Five days per week: Monday thru Friday

Responsibilities

• Present, promote and sell our products
• Accomplish timely and productive execution of sales plans and promotions at retail, securing trade support by communicating pricing and product promotions, coordinating use of product displays and point-of-sale materials, promotional events and other product promotion opportunities, Selling in Point of Sale and New Products
• Plan and conduct regular sales calls to accounts
• Become an expert of core product lines
• Manage accurate inventory levels to minimize out-of-stock and out-of-code issues, keeping proper stocking of all shelves
• Assess product rotation on shelf and in back room to maximize product freshness
• Manage product breakage return
• Other projects or duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must reside in the Shasta County/Tehama County, CA metropolitan area - accounts are visited in person
• Proven work experience as a sales representative (in the beverage business preferred)
• Must have excellent customer service skills
• Bi-Lingual in Spanish is a bonus
• Valid Drivers license with clean driving record to use company provided vehicle
• And the ability to work well independently
• Must be self-motivated with a high degree of integrity and be able to perform job duties on a timely basis
• Proficient in using an iPad and iPhone

• Must be able to stand or walk for long periods of time
• Must be able to see closely (clear vision at 20 inches or less), have peripheral vision, and depth perception
• Must be able to lift products from 25 lbs. to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and move up to 165 lbs. when handling keg product
